Hey, I'm all for civil discourse
but if any of our recruits are basing their college selections on message board content, we're going after the wrong recruits. Nobody is going to stay put for long if their happiness is determined by their internet popularity. That waxes and wanes. C'mon.

Does this work the same for the local papers? What if they should criticize the athletes in some way shape or form? Is that a legitimate deal-breaker too? Many of those scribes are fans too. Can't tell me Harmon isn't a BYU fan and he doesn't always have something positive to say about our SAs.

Unless Cougarboard is issuing diplomas and giving grants-in-aid, I'm not too concerned about its effect on our recruits.
