No idea how their prices compare. But their service has been excellent. I had an iPad with a dent right next to the volume switch preventing it from working. They said they'd need to take off the screen to fix it, and if the screen broke, they'd need to replace it at a cost of $75 or so. In the end they didn't break the screen, fixed the dent, and refused any payment at all.
