math homework help for my daughter
Here is the problem:

Use each of the digits 2, 3, 5 and 8 once with any combination of +, -, x, /, or () to write an expression with a value of 104. You can repeat the operations but not the numbers.

So, we can't figure this out. We tried (8 x 5)3 = 120. Subtracting 2 only gets us to 118, and obviously division gets 60. Other operations besides multiplication don't seem to get us up to 104.

Any thoughts?
