He is the owner of the brand, but not the owner of that gym
My brother-in-law and his wife own that gym. I am as big of a BYU fan as it comes and love working out there. They really have no affiliation to the U. They just wanted an established brand name when they were opening up the gym so they reached out to Tommy.
