Actually I believe they share the same lottery odds
They flip a coin to determine which picks first if neither team moves up.
Overall if the Jazz lose they have just slightly less odds. The main thing that worries me is the conspiracy theory that the Lakers will jump ahead and end up with a top3 pick.
