It is interesting how things turned out for BYU
Because of him Taysom Hill transferred here and Ammon Olsen left. If he had stayed Heaps would have become the starting QB at the end of 2012. 2013 would have been a swirl of controversy as Heaps would have (most likely) struggled under the GFGH system. 2014 would (most likely) still have us knee deep in a QB controversy surrounding Heaps and Olsen.
