He won't be here long. He wants to work in an NFL front office.
He will take the first offer that gets him closer to his goal. We just need to enjoy him while we can and hope that the standard he is setting will be followed by whoever comes after.
Bronco and co. should see how important Geoff's job is and how much of an impact he has. His successors should be held to the VERY high standard he has set.
