Lagerway and Kreis deserve a lot of credit for that. Although I fully expect Lagerway to receive a very lucrative offer, RSL will be just fine even if he decides to go. He has built a system that I believe can still function under the supervision of current staff. If Lagerway decides he wants to take academy coaches and scouts with him in a move, that could be devastating.
