Is the the "moving back to Utah" thing less of an issue for employment recruiters? I thought that Utah kids now make up a minority of BYU students, so it seems that students can find jobs in their true home locations, and not have the return to Utah mentality.
If recruiters were previously burned, hopefully they are willing to give BYU a second chance.
