I was waiting in line at city hall to submit my application for a building permit and overheard the following conversation:

Lady in line: "What do I put in this box where it says 'contractor'?"
Gvt lady: "You write the name of the person or company who will be doing the work."
LIL: "What if we don't know who is going to do it yet?"
GL: "Then you just write 'TBT' in that space."
LIL: "What is 'TBT'?"
GL: "To be termined."
