I don't see how the other confrences can find the votes to make it happen.

The schools who meet the standard will have the edge in recruiting because they offer more value.

There will be great competition in this group. Confrences like the mountain west will not inact it because they won't be able to get a majority vote to spend the money they don't have.

You may see teams like boise state, SMU and central Florida and Houston think about independence so they can play at the higher level
