I agree on most of your steps
#1 - I just worry they might, but I have hope that new people in management will change the Jazz cycle of overpaying
#2 - Quite possibly THE MOST important step. You need to have a great coach to mentor and lead these players Sloan 2.0
#3 - Probably the hardest step, not many free agents will want to come during a rebuild just my opinion
#4 - This won't happen.. 0% chance
#5 - It seems like an obvious decision even though people mock it. He wouldn't be a starter or even a big player, but he would sell tickets, hit shots and give you some outside shooting.
