Isn't familiar with cities in Utah. Ogden is know as the most run-down, dirtiest city in Utah. That may or may not be true. But the place is a dump, no doubt about that. The downtown area has long been a disaster area. They tried to make something of downtown Ogden by calling it "Historic 25th Street." Yeah, it's historic alright but not the kind of historic you really want to brag about.

Pretty funny saying Ogden has one of the lowest crime rates in the country. Yet Ogden is known as the crime capital of Utah. That also may or may not be true. But there has long been a serious gang problem and a lot of crime in Ogden.
