night and just checked it.... at some point in the last 8 hrs the pellet feeder funneled out.... the internal temp of the Pork is 150 degrees and it feels done but I'm not sure what temp it got to and how long it's been at 150..... I might need to hit walmart and grab another. I've got 7 hrs before dinner... I'm going to have to crank up the heat I guess...anyone smoke an 8 lb pork butt in 7 hrs?
