Why is BYU's rugby team so dominant?

Is there something in the Provo water? Is it the coach? We have something like 7 or 8 straight national championship appearances and won 3 of them. Is it the availability of poly's in Utah?

Seems like BYU has a secret sauce of some kind and just trying figure out what it is.
