Look, to be considered elite you have to prove it by beating elite teams on a consistent basis. Boise St. simply has not done that. Yes, they have won against good, not elite, teams over the years, but they don't have the resume to be considered elite.

There's only a very small handful of elite programs and Boise St ain't one of them.
