I've been getting mailings about the settlement. Google, Apple, Intel, and Adobe haven't settled and are taking it to trial.

From my reading about the case, its a longshot for the plaintiffs to win.

my guess, 1/2 to the lawyers and the rest divided between the 64,000 engineers

Even if the engineers get 50% of that, it's still 70k+ for each one.
