the sleeping bags and towels...add some suitcases and a 10 man tent. I liked the soft carrier because it adapts to whatever odd sized thing I am throwing up there. Don't you have problems with hard shells in doing that?

Holds 15 cubic feet, whatever that means. I've never run out of space

Honda cross bars are pretty simple but I think you need a star ratchet set.
