I had someone steal my card number and purchase several $K worth of tombstones
from China. So I got a new card, used it one time to purchase gas, and then it was stolen again and used to buy $600 worth of RC cars in North Carolina.
Didn't have to pay any of it myself, but I had fraud alerts on everything for a good while after that.
