Its going to be several years before this issue is decided, one way or another, with the Supreme Court getting involved. I'm uncertain what BYU's position vis-avis scholarship sports if unionization became the law of the land. Would it just absorb the cost or decide to go the same direction the Ivy Leagues schools adopted sevral decades ago: No scholarships and no post-season play. All athletes became true student-athletes with the emphasis on the student aspect.
