I don't see it becoming a BYU personally. The campus is just too small and it doesn't seem like there is much room around it to grow. But I am just going off memory here. It is a nice little place though. Buena Vista the town is a little dumpy but the area is simply beautiful. There are mountains right on top of the town that are very breathtaking (for east coast mountains).

Lexington is very close as well and there are several colleges there.
