I tell every senior at the school I work for (98-100% placement every year)
that her/his dream job is NOT waiting at the bottom of the steps after the president has her/him a diploma at graduation. You work into your dream job is what I tell all of them. Although an average starting salary of $65,100 and average 10th year salary of $111,000 is not far from a dream scenario.
