Take a good high fat meat. Slice up and cook your bacon so it's nice and crispy. Put the Bacon in with the burger, add some grated swiss cheese, then seasoning of your choice, and a bit of bbq sauce to mix in. Make into the pattie size you want and then grill (on one side of the pattie put an indention with your thumb in the middle) The burgers are wonderfully favlored, they don't dry out. I really want to get some ground buffalo and try it this way.
