building a new shopping plaza, wal-mart, restaurants, crap like that.... Our area got hit hard because of short sales and foreclosures. It's now gotten to where things are worth slightly more than we paid in 2008. I'm hoping they go up another 10% in the next 2-3 years with all this new construction... (here's to hoping)
