UCF/USF are the only others big enough....just no history.
NO I do not think that just because you went to a BCS bowl you make it into the club. HI, BSU are way too small. TCU only made it because they give big 12 teams another chance to play in recruiting rich Dallas. UofU typical of most small BCS schools.
