I just witnessed a "middle man" pocket $400,000 for a weekend's worth of work on the telephone. The military is looking to increase their language skills big time. They are looking to immerse soldiers in countries in order to learn the language faster and at a higher level. This language immersion also requires actual language classes taught as well. What I witnessed was a guy who had some little "Language Solutions" company get a $500,000 contract to coordinate with a language school in South America that teaches Spanish and English. All he did was find a school on the internet, coordinate for a few extra teachers and wallah! He paid the school in South America $100,000 and kept the other $400,000. He was just a middle man who got the contract and required no real work. And the military doesn't require him to deal with lodging or travel for the students.

With all of the RMs on this board who are bilingual with contacts in other countries I am certain you could make a company and lobby for one of these easy language contracts.
