Only 16 teams, played at least 3 legit top 15 teams before the bowl games last year. Only 1 team won 3 (South Carolina). Only 2 teams won 2 (Georgia and Auburn). 14 out of the 16 teams that played at least 3 top 15 teams lost 3 games against them last year.
I'm fine with playing 1 top 15 team a year. Any more than that is likely removing any slim chance of going undefeated.
