2007 was the other good year I can think of. 2009 was pretty good, too.

I think it's more philosophy than alignment, though. Our OLB spend way too much time in coverage to generate a great rush. Part of it is covering for corners with subpar athleticism, but I think sometimes our coaching staff is too cautious. We should have blitzed Stave all day long last year, because he was prone to getting rattled. Instead, we dropped 7 or 8 consistently, and he wound up looking like an All-American.
