Got some good feedback last night, but wondering if any of the day crowd has any experience with this...

Free Internet: Anybody ever had their house be a hub for broadband antenna site?
Received a letter in the mail from Vivint saying that "because your rooftop has a direct line-of-sight with Vivint's fiber connection" they're offering me FREE internet service for as long as I own my home if I allow them to host an antenna on my rooftop.

Has anybody done this? Is it worth it? Does it draw a lot of electricity? Or is this just a bait and switch selling tactic?
