the Pilot is nice but very trucklike, if you like that sort of thing compared to a cross over which is more carlike.

the Sienna I loved, but the most recent editions seem a little less impressive, like the materials used are not quite as nice as they were a couple years ago. Sienna is very smooth though, and you can store way more junk in it than any SUV. Gas mileage is way better than an SUV too.

both Honda and Toyota have been very reliable and inexpensive to own (other than as for the SUV). both were very good in poor weather, but the Honda with 4wd and higher lift obviously better for off-roading (don't take it to Moab jeep-week, but still good for going camping)
