Jones used that line when trying to establish credibility for himself in re
the Spencer Hadley story at the prison. He claimed that because he had 2 brothers in prison he therefore knew that prisoners wouldn't react to Hadley speaking at the prison by crying. I say due to that fact, it's fair game anytime someone brings up Jones as a credible source.
