La Quinta would also be fine and the Hilton Garden and the Hampton also are decent. Make sure you go to Shoshone Falls. Water may not be flowing strong (irrigation for farmers) but they are still impressive. On the way down to the falls, stop and take a swim in Dierkes Lake. You can also do zip lining at Centennial Park. If you have time, stop at City of Rocks outside of Burley. A little out of the way but very unique.
