Cafe Rio most certainly haven't raised prices nearly that amount. CR has only raised prices about 4.5% but Chipotle has raised prices close to 9%. I also know for a fact that internally CR hasn't changed their instructions or recipes to include less meat in their items. Some locations were giving out way bigger portions than then recommend amount. It is a philosophy for them to not play that game of skimping on portions sizes especially meats. A manager is more likely going to be disciplined for under portioning than over portioning.
