And yes, much about college football has evolved and continues to evolve. It's the way of the world. People laughed at Oregon...until they realized Oregon was signing studs because those studs liked the trendy duds. Now everyone is getting on board. Like everything in life, you adapt or you die. I've never really cared that much about the packaging, I tend to care about the product, but I do know the packaging matters to some. I was cool with the tan accents, I could have even gotten behind the bibs if they weren't bibs...that is if they had been front and back and all the way to the bottom of the jersey. But if recruits like a little variety and it doesn't violate any core value, I say go for it.
I'm even ok that the games aren't in the afternoon anymore...but I'm adaptable like that.
