Second dibbs on LDS recruits will get Utah nowhere in the Pac 12.
If that is all they are worried about, they might as well rejoin the MWC.
They need to hire a HC that knows the West Coast and preferrably someone who will bring in a big time California recruiter like Tosh Lupoi. Second dibbs at LDS athletes should be an afterthought.
