People need to stop saying "he was so unimpressive as a freshman." Do you recall a high percentage of freshmen around the country playing amazing ball? It's such a dumb comment. They're FRESHMEN. I don't know where fans are getting these ridiculous expectations from.
First of all, he was behind John White so it's not like he was going to get the ball a lot. And 2nd, he averaged 5.4 per carry for the few times he did get it. 3rd, he was progressing in his next spring ball.
That being said, teams didn't really want him as a RB. Everyone wants to flip him to D. And he'd probably be better there.
