iPhone 4s not responding to touch
has anyone ever had this happen before?
I've already turned it off and back on and hard reset...now downloading software update on iTunes (funny thing is...I can't install the update until I enter my passcode....what's funnier? the phone isn't responding to touch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
