Delany suggests that the P5 don't have a plan B in case autonomy is rejected.
He expects that autonomy will be granted but said:
“I really don’t know what we would do (if it doesn't pass) except probably have some conversations in each of our conferences and come back, huddle up and see what the next steps are.”
