NIU would give you a top 10 media market?

NIU even in their best years doesn't push the needle if even mentioned on Chicago stations. They do get mentioned by the Rockford stations so if by top 10 you mean a top 136 TV market then - sure....

Chicago stations barely have time for college teams and when they do for football it is all about Notre Dame followed by NW & Illinois...
