With this game in week 2, I think we have a fairly good chance of winning in Austin. Texas will still be figuring things out with the new playbook and personnel with all the recent dismissals and suspensions (ESPN reported up to 11 players will be dismissed, 6 have already been). I don't think Strong will be looking past us, but I think he would much rather get a statement win over a top 10 UCLA team to shut up some of his critics.
With his off-season statements directed at the BIG XII, I think Bronco will be very motivated to have a great showing in Austin. Beating Texas on their field would be a great way to get the attention and respect of the whole conference.
