Golf is being hit pretty hard. In the US a course closes once every 48 hours on average. They are looking at every possible solution to save the sport. Including bringing the costs down. I'm sure there will always be upper crust courses that are not affordable to the average person, but some of the middle and lower courses should become more affordable.
