Advanced power is a third party creating the situation where regime could be
toppled. Question is, would it be toppled? Would the loss of threat from guns/blades be enough for them to lose hold over the people? Would it be enough for an oppressed people to overcome their fear of the regime and try to wrest power from them (especially given a short time period like five days)?
