I started listening to Jay Mohr. I like Jay Mohr. He's funny and brings a different side of light to the airwaves than Rome does, but his interviewing skills are pretty bad. Rome is so good at it, he makes it seem easy, and I just figured it was. Then I listened to someone else doing it, and realized just how good Rome is at his job. He REALLY is good with the interviews. You might not like his style or personality, but you gotta give the man his interviews, because he's one of the best.
