I can say with certainty that BYU HAS had the better three years inspite of no major conference affiliation. I would take a decent record and wins over losses and being the bottom wrung on any power 5 ladder any day. Long term though I can also say with certainty that Utah HAS the better long term outlook. Our ceiling (even with 12 wins) is much lower than Utah with 11 or 10 wins.
