His feet moving is not a big deal, but when the hopping is going backwards that is not a good thing. Obviously he still had good balance and threw a perfect ball. Is it OK to stare down one receiver if that receiver comes wide open for a TD? Of course. That being said if he knew that receiver was going to come open he could have looked off a safety (although the safety looks completely out of position) by looking the other way and coming back to him.

Too many on here look at what I had to say and think I am being overly negative to Hill. I wouldn't say I am as I am bullish on Hill's passing this year. That being said you better believe that coaches are looking at the same things I am. Footwork, going through progressions, ball placement, reading defenses ...etc.
