It's not an investment property
But who knows if I'll be able to sell it 5 years down the road without taking a loss, ya know? It's always nice to be able to rent out as a fallback.

I looked at what I could find on the homepath listings per rivercitycoug's recommendation, but there are only like 30 houses in all of SL County.

So only about a .25% bump for no MI with only 5% down? I had no idea it'd be so low. Blows the Utah Housing NO MI out of the water for sure.
