I work with a former BYU Defensive Back and he recently said that BYU players have a 1-on-1 meeting with their position coach twice a year. Most players don't get Bronco's time of day (including his starters) unless its an unusual/extenuating circumstance. Bronco spends much of his time in administrative/other roles. He's not the players Buddy Buddy, he doesn't have time for that.

Tui and JonRyheem are using that to make Bronco look bad. Truth is no player gets to feel that Grandpa love from him. It's more like how you kinda know your Father loves you when he's beating you with a belt. That kind of tough love.
