Fastcase has a citation history you can run on a case that will give you flags
for any negative treatment of the case. In fact, I think, if I remember correctly, a flag will show up in the primary search results if there has been any subsequent negative treatment of the case so you know before you start reading it that it might not be a solid case to rely on.
