We only need a 75% vote to get in now, and I don't see many other options that fit the athletic and academic profile of the PAC close to the area. Someone said that if the PAC expands, they may have a harder time doing it than people thing since they're isolated on the west coast. The lack of athletically, academically prestigious schools in the PACs footprint that aren't already in the PAC makes BYU a more likely option.
