Actually I know several guys who do great BBQ. I'm not in their league yet I never will be.
The best I've found in the US were Memphis, KC and various Texas spots. Mull's Road Kill Grill in Vegas was pretty good too.
I've tried about every place in Utah but most are not consistently good. One of the best from visit to visit has been DUB's in St George.
